Tendai Mondoka

Tendai was born on the 31st of January 1977 at Harare Hospital and grew up in a family of six. He grew up in Chitungwiza, which is situated just outside of Harare.

He completed his primary education at Seke Eleven School and continued with his secondary education at Seke Five High School.

Ephrame was the one who inspired him to start sculpting. He formed a partnership between Denny Kanyemba and Erick Jemau during his spare time, he did very well during their period together until he started to work as an individual.

Tendai has experience with many stones: Springstone, Opal, Lemon Opal, Cobalt e.t.c. He has sold many of his pieces all over the world to countries such as: U.S.A, Germany, Italy, Canada, UK and many more. He wishes to do many sculptures in the future...
