Munyaradzi Chatingwindi

Born in 1976 in the capital, Harare, Munyaradzi attended the Mutiunokura Primary School where he was a member of the school’s arts and craft club from 1986 to 1989.

After entering Mufakose High School he joined the Manhuhwa Art Workshop for three years where he was tutored by Cassian Munhuhwa and Damian Manhuhwa among others.

Inspired by great artists such as Silvester Mubayi, Gedion Nyanhongo and Richard Mteki, he sculpts most of his art based on the human social life.

Unmarried (August 2004) one of his favourite pastimes is playing snooker.
